Matthew West, Jr. Arrested For Terroristic Threatening

On September 12, 2021 at approximately 7:48pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Matthew West Jr., 34, of Hope, AR and charged him with terroristic threatening in the 1st degree. The arrest occurred in the 600 block of West 6th St. in Hope, AR. West was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
