On September 15, 2021 at approximately 2:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Tevin Hayden, 19, of Hope, AR and charged him with aggravated assault on family member. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Hayden was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On September18, 2021 at approximately 7:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Justin Elmer, 32, of Hope, AR and Richard Cox, 34, of Caddo Valley, AR they were charged with robbery. The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of North Hervey St. in Hope, AR. Elmer and Cox were taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
