Trick or Treat on Elm Oct. 28

PRESCOTT – Get ready to see plenty of ghosts, goblins, ghouls and superheroes as the Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce gears up for its annual Trick or Treat on Elm Street.

This year the event will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Oct. 28 by the Nevada County Courthouse. There is one major change, said Jamie Hillery, Chamber director, this year there will be no costume contest as the Chamber is focusing on the trick or treat aspect only.

So, mark those calendars, wax up the witch’s broom and make sure the superhero costumes are all nice and pressed. Oh, yes, don’t forget the most important thing off all – something to carry all the candy home in.
