HOPE – Parents, students and community stakeholders who missed the Oct. 6 virtual Family Mental Health Night sponsored by the Hope Public Schools and The Cook Center for Human Connection still have an opportunity to benefit.

ParentGuidance.org is also available to access on-demand virtual courses, professional support, and a safe community for parents to learn how to support their children and get answers to mental health questions. Click on the ParentGuidance.org bird medallion icon on the HPS website for easy access.

Courses are offered on anxiety, depression, self-worth, grief and loss, suicidal ideation and other mental health concerns. All courses are created by therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists and other certified mental health practitioners. A portal to “Ask a Therapist” your tough questions, as well as see questions and answers from other parents, is also provided.

The Cook Center for Human Connection is also available online.
