Edmond Hayes Arrested For Aggravated Assault and Domestic Battery

On September 29, 2021 at approximately 5:45am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Edmond Hayes, 40, of Hope, AR and charged him with aggravated assault and domestic battery in the 2nd degree. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of East Dairy Street in Hope, AR. Hayes was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
