Linda Rateliff Mangum, age 82, of Ruston, Louisiana, formerly of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021, in Ruston, Louisiana. She was born on April 13, 1939 in Hope, AR to Walter and Viola Rateliff. She was a homemaker, bookkeeper, devoted mom and pastor’s wife.

She is preceded in death by her husband, of 63 years, Rev. John E. Mangum, her parents, and one sister, JoAnn Burke.

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Forney, husband Mike of Ruston, LA; son, John Mangum Jr., wife Theresa of Heber Springs, AR. Four grandchildren: Candi Barry, Dusty Forney, Grace Mangum, Hannah Mangum; two great-grandchildren, Bonnie Forney, JT Forney; and niece, Becky Walker Fielding.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 until 1:30 PM Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope, Arkansas. Graveside services will immediately follow at Watercreek Cemetery in Guernsey, AR, with Rev. Kenneth Bobo officiating.
