Garrison Brown of Prescott Takes Top Instrumental Honors At Arkansas State Fair

Senior Talent winners were awarded during Saturday afternoon’s competition at the Arkansas State Fair.  Garrison Brown of Prescott took to top honors in the Instrumental Category.  The fair wrapped up on Saturday.
