Oumou Nabe, also known as Tanti, a foreign exchange student from Mali, West Africa, recently spoke to the Hope Civitan Club about her home country and her experience as a foreign exchange student.  She is currently living with the Quinton and Dilesha Bradley family in Hope and attending Hope High School.  Dressed in clothing native to Mali, Tanti – with the help of the Bradleys – displayed other beautiful articles of clothing (and a purse) that she had brought to her host family.  Tanti welcomed questions from club members and was thanked for her volunteer service with the Civitan Club. Tanti joined Hope Civitans in a recent service project — picking up trash along a city street.   She is pictured with Civitan President Amber Mackey and with the Bradley family — Alecia, Dilesha, McKale and Quinton.
