Hope Civitan Members Present Program

The Hope Civitan Club heard from two of its members at the club’s October 26 meeting.  Kim Smith, left, presented a club strengthening program she developed in response to changes in meetings and the way projects were handled due to the COVID pandemic.  Member Mona Still, a resident of Washington, presented information on the James Black’s Bowie Heritage Festival, set for April 23, 2022, in Washington.
