Historic Washington State Park “Town In Conflict”

Historic Washington State Park hosted “Town In Conflict” on Saturday November 6th.  The program dealt with the effect the Civil War had on Washington.  The town became the Confederate Capitol for a time during the war and also had an influx of thousands of persons displaced by the war.
