Charles Perkins Memorial Update

Charles R. Perkins, 66, of Hope, AR passed away October 23, 2021, in Hope.

Charles was born March 25, 1955, in Clarksville, TX to Thelma Margreet  Knight Stone.

He retired as a diesel mechanic from Carco Rentals, was a Past Master Mason and attended Hope First Assembly of God.  Charles loved to fish and woodwork but most of all he loved his family and dog Jaz.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father Bill Stone, son Jarrod Perkins, brother Thomas Carthedge, mother-in-law Ann Cunningham, father-in-law Richard Haynes, and Uncle Ed Knight.

Survivors include his wife, Terri Perkins; two sons, Ben Perkins (Tiffany) and Brandon Perkins (Gina); three sisters, Sue Burgess, Tyjwonia Jackson, and Robbie Boone; four grandsons, Caleb Perkins, Austin Stone, Logan Perkins and Brayden Perkins.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday November 20, 2021, at 1pm at Hope First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Kenny Martin, Bro. Harold Walls, Terry Evans, Tony Little, James Roberts “Preacher” officiating. A Reception will follow at the Hope First Assembly of God Church reception hall.
