Mr. Dennis Rainwater, age 68 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2021, in Texarkana, Texas. He was born April 10, 1953 to James and Virginia Rainwater, in West Monroe, Louisiana. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and just loved being with nature. He is preceded in death by his father, James Rainwater; mother, Virginia Chandler; 3 brothers and 4 sisters.

Those left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 44 years, Patricia Rainwater; son, DJ Griffin (Stephanie); 5 daughters Christy Steed (Jerry), Melissa Owens (Jeff), Amy Parker (Duane), Nicolle Godwin (Casey), and Tammy Wroten; Step mother, Opal Rainwater; sister, Linda Rowland, and brother, Michael A. Williams. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the home of Jeff and Melissa Owens, Hope, Arkansas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Texarkana, 2407 Galleria Oaks, Texarkana, TX 75503.

Visitation will be 1:00pm to 2:00pm, Friday, December 10, 2021 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, 1001 S Main, Hope, AR 71801.

Funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00pm at Brazzel/Oakcrest with Bro. Donnie Deaton officiating. Burial to follow at Memory Gardens.
