Where there’s smoke…

PRESCOTT – Calls came in Wednesday afternoon about smoke in a field south of Firestone.

It turned out to be more  sizzle than steak as the smoke was from fields being prepared for the 2022 planting season. The Prescott Fire Department wasn’t on hand as there was no threat to homes or businesses, and no one was injured.
