David Adkins

Mr. David Adkins, age 58 of Denton, Texas, formerly of Prescott, Arkansas passed away Friday, February 11, 2022 at his home. He was born July 24, 1963 to David and Marcella Adkins, Sr. in Flint, Michigan. David loved fishing, playing guitar and spending time with his family, who he loved dearly. He is preceded in death by his father.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Marcella Burke of Lantana, TX; one son, Terry Baker of Calhoun, GA; two daughters, Katherine Lewis (Devin) of Prescott, AR, Amy Rexroat of Vilonia, AR; three brothers Michael Adkins, fiancé Sandy of Hope, AR, Scott Adkins (Joylyn) of Corinth, TX, Scott Lambert of Bodcaw, AR; two sisters, Tina Tollett (Gary) and Tammy Ferguson (Logan) both of Lantana, TX; five grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

There will be no public visitation.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at First Baptist Church in Prescott, AR, with Bro. Frank Henson and Bro. Joey Christopher to officiate. Burial to follow at Liberty Cemetery, Prescott.
