HOPE – Tonight is teen night at the Hempstead County Health Unit.
From 5-7 p.m., there will be games, food, prizes and Brooke Jackson will be the guest speaker. This will be a time to have fun and learn. Teens are encouraged to bring their friends and learn about surviving anxiety and depression.
