Hope police log
On May 11, 2022 at approximately 1:08am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Jose Nava, 49, Hope, AR. Mr. Nava was arrested and charged with possession of firearms by certain persons. The arrest occurred in the 100 block of East Avenue G in Hope, AR. Nava was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On May 15, 2022 at approximately 9:37pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Willie Munn, 65, of Ozan, AR. Mr. Munn was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance cocaine, fleeing on foot, and served a failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 600 block of North Laurel Street in Hope, AR. Munn was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
