Catherine Cook Named Honorary Life Member of the Arkansas Municipal League

Congratulations to former Hope City Manager Catherine Cook.  She was recently honored as an Honorary Life Member of the Arkansas Municipal League.  Cook served for several years on board of the Municipal League and her service was greatly appreciated.
