Farmers opening workforce center

TEXARKANA – Farmer’s Bank and Trust will hold grand opening ceremonies for its new workforce center at 4:30 p.m. March 16, on the UAHT Texarkana campus.

The 14,754 square foot center serves as a modern employment training center for students in the Southwest Arkansas region, and houses the Arkansas High School Collegiate Academy as well as secondary career and technical education center. Additionally, the center will be a meeting place for the community, along with business and industry training.
