Shelia Keever Speaks To Hope Lions

The Hope Lions heard from Shelia Keever of Texarkana on Monday.  Keever does mosaic art work.  She has worked locally with the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council and she talked about art is making its way into school “STEM” programs.
