Committee Being Formed To Help Bring Broadband to Underserved Hempstead County Households

A committee is being formed in Hempstead County in connection with ARConnect, the state broadband office.  The committee will work to bring broadband to all residents of the state.  Locally, over 2,800 homes are underserved in broadband.

Anyone who would like to serve on the committee can sign up at the Chamber of Commerce office in Hope at Main & 2nd or at the Hempstead County Economic Development Corporation at 108 West Third.
