James Black’s Bowie Heritage Festival Kicks Off With Ribbon-Cutting


James Black’s Bowie Heritage Festival got kicked off Friday with a ribbon-cutting and two days of activities. The festival celebrates the creator of the Bowie Knife which was first forged in Washington. There will be booths, food, demonstrations and more.
