OYEA gets new cattle trailer
PRESCOTT – A new cattle trailer has been purchased by and for the OYEA organization.
The trailer will be used to transport livestock to different shows students compete in. The trailer will be donated to the school and used for the animal science program.
The trailer was bought for $34,500 from a dealer in Damascus, according to Fred Harris, with OYEA. He said the group wasn’t able to find a used one in its price range and the used ones found were larger and cost more than 450,000.
