On May 4, 2023, at approximately 11:00am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Justin Moore, 33, of Hope, AR.  Mr. Moore was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana with the Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Maintaining a Drug Premises, and Proximity to Certain Facilities. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of South Pine.  Mr. Moore was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On May 5, 2023, at approximately 3:58am, Officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Leroy Witherspoon, 41, of Hope, AR.  Mr. Witherspoon was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault of a Family Member, Residential Burglary, Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons, Failure to Appear and Failure to Comply Warrant. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of South Elm. Mr. Witherspoon was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On May 7, 2023, at approximately 12:57pm, Officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Jessykah King, 25, of Hope, AR.  Ms. King was arrested and charged with Theft of Property and a Foreign Warrant Service. The arrest occurred in the 2400 block of North Hervey.  Ms. King was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On May 8, 2023, at approximately 8:45am, Stephanie Brown, 26, of Ozan, AR was arrested and charged with Computer Fraud. Ms. Brown was transported to the Hempstead County Sheriff’s Office and held for a first appearance.

Timothy Kenner, 54, of Hope, AR

Mr. Kenner was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
