Leroy Witherspoon Charged With Aggravated Assault

On May 5, 2023, at approximately 3:58am, Officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Leroy Witherspoon, 41, of Hope, AR. Mr. Witherspoon was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault of a Family Member, Residential Burglary, Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons, Failure to Appear and Failure to Comply Warrant.
