Arts Council brings colorful storm drain to Art Park

HOPE – Southwest Arkansas Arts Council Executive Director Jennifer Block was recently spotted working on an extensive piece of art adjacent to the arts council “Art Park” on the sidewalk and parking lot behind Tailgaters.  Block explained this bigger piece of art is a “mandala” which is defined as a geometric configuration of symbols.  We think the storm drain at Walnut and Division is going to be the most beautiful such drain in the state!
