Demontel Armstrong Charged With Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons

On June 28th, 2023, at 2:25pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Demontel Armstrong, 19, of Stamps, AR. Mr. Armstrong was arrested in the 300 block of South Washington Street and charged with Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons. Mr. Armstrong was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
