Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce releases 47th Annual Watermelon Festival Watermelon Idol Registration Information

The Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce Watermelon Idol will be held Friday, August 11^th, 5:00pm at the 47^th Annual Hope Watermelon Festival. There will be trophies and cash prizes for 1^st through 3^rd places. Our host for this event will be the 2022 Watermelon Idol Winner, Arnetta Bradford. The winner from this preliminary event will perform Saturday, August 12^th at Legion Field before The Marshall Tucker Band.
