Hempstead County Residents attend meeting of the Global Methodist Church

On July 20-22, residents of Hempstead County attended the newly formed meeting of the East Texas Annual Conference of the Global Methodist Church in College Station, Texas. Resident of Hempstead County attending included: Mr. and Mrs. Joe Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Ron Eldridge, Keenan Williams and Josh Williams. Rev. Joe Miller of Bruce Memorial Methodist Church in Blevins was ordained a Deacon and Rev. Ron Eldridge of Hinton Methodist Church in Patmos was ordained an Elder.
