Allen Moore Charged With Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On July 27th, 2023, at approximately 4:30pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Allen Moore, 44, of Hope, AR. Mr. Moore was arrested in the 200 block of North Hamilton Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Moore was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
