Three-Vehicle Accident Thursday Afternoon at US 278 & Melrose Lane

Officials responded to US 278 and Melrose Lane Thursday (8-24) shortly before 1pm after a log truck, car, and a third truck collided.  The Hempstead County Sheriff’s Department and Hope Fire Department responded and Pafford was on the scene.  Traffic was reduced to one lane but was moving.
