Combo platter at parade

PRESCOTT – Local residents got a treat with a combo platter Monday evening.

The fair and homecoming parades were combined into one, making for one of the largest parades Prescott’s seen in recent memory. The streets were filled with people coming to get a look at the different fair pageant contestants as well as the 2023 homecoming queen and her court. Of course, the youngsters were on hand to snatch up as much candy as possible when it was thrown from the floats.
