Luna arrested on drug charges

On Friday, September 29th, 2023, at approximately 4:39pm, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Eduardo Luna, 19, of Hope, AR. Mr. Luna was arrested in the 200 block of
East 3rd Street and charged with two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Mr. Luna was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
