Maggie Garrett

Maggie Sue Bennett Garrett, age 95, passed away Sunday October 15, 2023, in Hope, Arkansas. She was born on March 24, 2023, to Carnie Lee and Alta Bullock Bennett. She was retired from AT&T where she worked for thirty years and was a member of Harmony Methodist Church in Sutton, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband George Garrett Sr., brother Charles Bennett, sister Twyla Bennett Arnett.

She is survived by her son Dr. George Garret Jr. (Debbie) of Hope, Arkansas, three grandchildren Leslie Sarver (late Matthew Sarver) of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Lindsay Chalmers (Chris) of Bryant, Arkansas, and Trey Garrett (Mary) of Little Rock, Arkansas, eight great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.

Private memorial service by Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope. Donations may be made to Harmony Methodist Church or Hope Methodist Church.
