Hope High Band Receives Superior Rating At War Memorial Stadium in State Marching Competition
The Hope High School Marching Band ( “The Sound of Hope” ) competed in the
State Marching Competition yesterday ( Tuesday ) at War Memorial Stadlium in LR.
They received a ( 1 – Superior Rating ) over-all in the 5 – A classification of other
bands of similar size and number. Hope placed #6 of the 19 bands in 5 – A, which
is amazing! Hope beat out larger schools like Conway and Rogers and Hot Springs
Lakeside. Mr. Christian Davis, head band director at Hope, is doing a wonderful
job and producing a band all of Hope can be proud of!!!
