Prescott Lions auction Nov. 16 and 18

PRESCOTT – This year’s Lion’s Club Auction will be something special.

The auction will be held at the Potlatch Building at the Nevada County Fairgrounds Nov. 16 and 18, starting at 6 p.m. each evening.

Some items will be by silent auction and won’t be sold until Saturday night.

The auction will include a family vacation package, a friends get-away package and two tickets to Magic Springs for the 2024 season. There will also be tickets to a magic show in Hot Springs, and to throw axes. Club members are still gathering items to be auctioned off. Normally, the auction includes hams and turkeys, along with a year-long subscription to Pafford Ambulance Service.

The concession stand will be open for those coming with an appetite for something other than bidding.
