Hope Planning & Zoning Commission

The Hope Planning & Zoning Commission met at City Hall in the Boardroom on Monday (11-20. The only item was the discussion of the rezoning and a parcel of property being marketed by Walker Realty. The land is north of North Commerce and between the railroad tracks and federal agency buildings. The request was to change the zoning from industrial to commercial. The matter was referred to City Board to address.
