Four Arrested On Felony Charges

On Thursday December 28, 2023, Hempstead County Deputies, 8 North Task Force Agents, ASP Troopers, and HPD Officers arrested four persons on Felony Related Charges:

Christi Moulton, age 28 of Fouke, Arkansas Booked on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstruction Governmental Operations, and a Felony Warrant out of Bowie County Texas

Dalton Hassler, age 36 of Hope, Arkansas, Booked on Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Felony Warrant for Theft out of Bowie County, Texas

Fredrick Thomas, age 30 of Hope, Arkansas Booked on Three Felony Failure to Appear Warrants from Hempstead County Circuit Court

Adrien Tyrone Smith, age 33 of Prescott, Arkansas on  a Parole Warrant

All four are being held in the Hempstead County Detention pending a First Court Appearance
