City of Hope Represented at Arkansas Municipal League Winter Conference

A contingent from the city of Hope has been in Little Rock attending the annual Arkansas Municipal League Winter Conference.  Those attending from Hope included City Manager J.R. Wilson, and City Board members Reginald Easter, Dr. Linda Clark, and Mark Ross.
