Blevins Schools closed Friday

“Our rural backroads are not 100% as of yet and we feel strongly they need to be in order for us to transport our kids safely. Our bus drivers are the bomb and we want to keep them safe as well.

We have a significant number of staff members who live in districts that have closed for tomorrow. These staff members would be relentless in getting to our campus if school was open. We cannot risk their safety.

It is very difficult to make these decisions and the bottom line for us is safety. We are ready for school to be back in session, but we are not willing to take any risks.”
