Banking on Beasley….Keaton Beasley That Is!

Back before the end of the year, we told you about 2014 Hope High grad Keaton Beasley of Little Rock.  He had been honored by his employer, Simmons Bank, as the Sr. Relationship Banker of the Quarter and also as a “Simmons Shining Star”.

Beasley got into banking after attending college in Arkadelphia where he majored in Communications.  For a time he worked for AT & T but knew that was not a long-term career he wanted to pursue.  A fraternity brother from Alpha Phi Alpha was in banking for Bank OZK and helped Beasley get in contact with that company where he started as a teller.  After moving to Simmons Bank in 2022, Beasley worked hard to master a little different sales culture at Simmons and quickly emerged as a top producer in the Retail Metrol Market.  Then came his recognition in the 3rd quarter of last year.

Beasley says some of his proudest moments include giving back to lower-level income communities, schools that are minority-based, and teaching and mentoring students and young adults in financial literacy.  He has volunteered at schools such as Otter Creek Elementary in Little Rock where Simmons Bank partners with the Junior Achievement of Arkansas to teach their financial literacy curriculum to students.

Keaton serves as Assistant Financial Center Manager for Simmons in Little Rock.
