Free Childcare Provider Classes Set For Texarkana With Miller, Little River, and Hempstead County Extension Agents Offering Training

There is good news for childcare providers and foster parents in southwest Arkansas! Greetings, this is Terrie James, Hempstead Co. Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, with your Extension Education update.
Ten hours of FREE Professional Development Registry training which counts as continuing education for childcare providers will be offered on February 24th at the First United Methodist Church, 400 East Sixth St, in Texarkana, AR. Agents from Miller, Litte River, and Hempstead County will be conducting the training with help from our state staff.
Some topics include Time Wasters, Stress Management, Family Well-Being, and more will be presented by Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, Katrina Sellers, and myself.
