Ross, Green charged with theft by receiving

On Thursday, February 8th, 2024, at approximately 2:21am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Anteges Ross, 27 of Prescott, AR and Jarrin Green, 34 of Houston, TX. The
two were arrested at Hope Fair Park and charged with Theft by Receiving (Felony). Both subjects were taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
