Rotary chili supper successful

PRESCOTT – With seven pots of chili cooked, members of the Prescott Rotary Club were ready Friday evening for the club’s annual chili supper at First United Methodist Church.
The supper was a fundraiser to help the club with its scholarship program, along with buying laptops for graduating seniors and other club projects. One of these projects is to send seniors to the Rotary Youth Leadership Assembly (RYLA) Camp, along with sending the incoming president, Bo Young, to PETS for training.
Most of those who came to the chili went for the drive-through or got carry out, though some did stay and dine in, taking the chance to talk with club members.
