On Monday, February 12, 2024, at approximately 2:37am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Vincent Cooper, 27 of Hope. Cooper was arrested in the 300 block
of North Pritchard Street and charged with Possession of a Firearm by Certain Person, Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Discharging a Firearm in the City Limits. Cooper was
taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
