Coffee time at Ko-Fields

PRESCOTT – KoFields opened in Sept. 2015. The diner hosted a coffee Tuesday morning to let Prescott residents know how much their business is appreciated.

K.T. Maxwell said this is something KoFields has wanted to do for a while and finally got the chance to make it happen. “We like doing things for the community,” she said.

Preparations for the coffee started early as the crew first had to get through the breakfast crowd. The staff worked to prepare snacks for those attending the coffee before getting ready for the lunch bunch.

Becky Koger, owner, said Maxwell is taking the business over now and she has a lot going on.  Koger said she couldn’t have left the diner in better hands and both agreed it’s a family business more than anything.

While most things will be staying the same, new menu items are going to be added and the Thursday steak and seafood night is back.
