Frayde charged with DWI

HOPE – On Monday, February 26, 2024, at approximately 1:35am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Carlos Frayde, 19 of Hope, AR. Mr. Frayde was arrested in the 4000 block
of Bill Clinton Bypass and charged with Driving while Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Failure to obey a Traffic Control Device and Felony Fleeing. Mr. Frayde was taken the Hempstead County
Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
