Janet and Tim Choate of Blevins were among those recently attending the Farmers Bank Foundation Distinguished Speaker event April 11th featuring Sugar Ray Leonard at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center. The event raises scholarship funds for graduates of Texarkana College and UAHT that enable deserving students to pursue bachelor’s degrees at Texas A & M University-Texarkana
