HPD makes five felony arrests

On Monday, June 17th, 2024, at approximately 8:27am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Terry Kemp, 47 of Lewisville, AR. Mr. Kemp was arrested in the 200 block of South Elm Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs/Firearms. Mr. Kemp was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.

 


On Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, at approximately 8:37am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Larry Morris Jr., 44 of Rosston, AR. Mr. Morris was arrested in the 1800 block of North Allen Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Morris was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.

On Thursday, June 20th, 2024, at approximately 12:28am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Fallon Madden, 37 of Hope, AR. Ms. Madden was arrested in the 400 block of Moses Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. Madden was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.

 


On Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at approximately 2:16am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Euricus Bradley, 20 of Canton, NY. Mr. Bradley was arrested at the I-30, 32 mile marker east bound and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Driving while Intoxicated and Fleeing. Mr. Bradley was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.

 


On Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at approximately 4:30pm, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Timothy Kenner, 55 of Hope, AR. Mr. Kenner was arrested in the 600 block of West Division Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Trespass. Mr. Kenner was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
