Hope Piranhas headed to the Junior Olympics in North Carolina to represent Team Arkansas

In a grueling two weekends of swimming competition, 12 Hope Piranhas emerged victorious and have punched their tickets to the Junior Olympic Games in Greensboro, North Carolina this July. Six Piranhas will join Team Arkansas this July to represent both the City of Hope and the State of Arkansas in the games. They will be racing against swimmers throughout the United States with the hopes of reaching the medal podium.
All our kids last year that made the team represented Team Arkansas well last year, all bringing home medals in at least one event. We are looking for a repeat this year! These kids train hard and race against mostly year-long swimmers. They put a lot of work, laps and hours in at the pool every summer. The coaching staff is proud of these kids and their dedication. The Piranhas will be hosting a swim-a-thon with tentative weather dates of July 13th and 18th. If you would like to sponsor a swimmer or the team, please contact our coaching staff.
