Payton Rhodes Receives Hope Civitan Club Scholarship

Payton Rhodes, a ’24 graduate of Hope High School and the Hope Collegiate Academy, is the recipient of Hope Civitan Club’s annual scholarship, in the amount of $500.  She recently spoke to Hope Civitans about her future plans.
The daughter of Tal and Tabatha Rhodes of Hope, Payton said she plans to attend the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.  As a graduate of the Hope Collegiate Academy, she will start her college career as a junior and plans to begin working on prerequisites for the UofA nursing program.  She told the Hope Civitans she had long had the desire to enter the nursing field, perhaps in the Labor and Delivery area or even Neonatal Intensive Care later on.
Payton was one of 16 applicants considered by the Hope Civitan Club Scholarship Committee and the club was eager to hear from her and to congratulate her on her successes so far.
